alright, I think I'm just gonna call it here and quit. newgrounds has not been a very welcoming place for my work - to be fair it is sort of niche, and definitely not for everyone

but it just seems from experience that the stubborn dumb newgrounds boomers from the 2000s (or even Older) haven't left the site and are still around to idk, be annoying or even bigoted or some shit.

and i will especially still never understand this website's rule against nsfw of short/small characters "not caring about the canon ages" which still allows people to draw "aged up" loli/shota/stuff like that, just because of appearance. (just to be clear i have nothing against aged up art, i just dont think the rule in place makes sense.)

the other problem was mentioned in the previous post and is still a problem - the staff won't do anything to address adult content showing up with no problems by just searching certain characters' names on google (with safe search ON!). I don't know how hard can that be, but if other websites with 18+ content can do it... why can't NG?

newgrounds just isnt a place for what i draw, or at least, its not what people come here for.
